I am Thomais, an Accredited Psychotherapist with over 20 years of experience in clinical practice.

I provide a safe and supportive space where clients' individuality is respected, and I use a tailor-made, holistic approach to help each client reach awareness and resolution.

We will work at your pace on things that are important to you, and I will help you to resolve issues and make changes that will continue to improve your life long after our work is complete.
